Overview

Refund and Returns Policy

Photocopiers and Printers: 14 days
Consumables (Toners, Developers, Ink): 48 hours
After these periods, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Do Not Send Items Back to the Manufacturer.

Partial Refunds:
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank; there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
  •  If you still have not received your refund, contact us at info@ena.co.ke or call 0727 294 653.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • To exchange an item, email us at info@ena.co.ke or call 0727 294 653, and send your item to: Room G42, Ground Floor, Uchumi Business Centre, Nakuru Town.

Shipping Returns:

  • Send returns to: Room G42, Ground Floor, Uchumi Business Centre, Nakuru Town.
  • You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items.
